Flew directly from Costa Rica into Las Vegas for Grandma’s 79th birthday! Staying at the Palms, and at this point my new favorite spot in Vegas. So the strip recently opened their brand new “City Center” project which is INSANE. Originally estimated at $4 Billion, Dubai partner in and loaned the project an additional $8 Billion. GOOD LORD. Condos, apartments, hotels, etc. Apparently if you live in this City Center (basically a city within a city) supposedly you never need to leave (groceries, salons, etc, they have it all). Super modern, waterfalls, etc, very impressive.
