You running into this error ?? I am using this for manually creating orders and sending an invoice via WooCommerce. Finally figured it out….
So I have PayPal Express enabled for payments however I do not have PayPal Standard enabled. All you need to do is enable PayPal Standard. As simple as that. Good to go.
