Program Terms & Agreement

This program is designed to help you take an idea and turn it into something real through guidance, structure, and consistent forward momentum.
By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and expectations.
Nature of the Program
This is a guided mentorship and coaching program.
- This is not a done-for-you service
- You are responsible for building and executing your project
- Guidance, feedback, and support are provided throughout the process
The goal is to help you learn by doing and finish something real, not to complete the work on your behalf.
Program Structure
- The program is designed to run over approximately 8 weeks
- Sessions are scheduled weekly (based on the selected tier)
- Progress depends on your participation and follow-through
Participation & Responsibility
By joining, you agree to:
- Actively participate in sessions
- Take action between sessions
- Communicate clearly and honestly
Results vary based on effort, consistency, and the nature of your project.
No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Communication
Depending on your selected tier, communication may include:
- Weekly working sessions
- Messaging between sessions
Communication is intended to support your progress, not to replace your own execution.
- This does not include unlimited on-demand work
- Response times may vary depending on availability
Scope of Work
This program includes:
- Guidance
- Feedback
- Strategic and creative support
This program does not include:
- Done-for-you services
- Full project builds
- Ongoing development or execution outside of sessions
Any additional services outside the scope of this program would require a separate agreement.
Scheduling & Timeframe
- Sessions must be scheduled within the program timeframe
- Missed sessions may not be rescheduled depending on availability
- The program is intended to be completed within the defined timeframe and does not extend indefinitely
Payment Terms
- Payment is required to secure your spot in the program
- All pricing is agreed upon prior to starting
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this program and the time reserved:
- All payments are non-refundable
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your ideas, projects, and work created during the program.
Any frameworks, tools, or materials provided during the program are for your personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.
