Turn your idea into something real. I help people with ideas build real projects. If that’s you, say hello.

What People Are Saying

Real People. Real Projects. Real Momentum.

These are real stories from people who decided to start—turning ideas into real projects, building momentum, and creating something they’re proud of.

Dustin is very engaging and friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to help you find the resources you need to succeed, even if it means a Zoom chat on the weekend!

Natalie, Web Design Student, Hennepin Technical College

You must take a class with Dustin. He is an amazing instructor. He really knows his job and does it well. The way he teaches is very fun and entertaining and you always get something good for yourself. There is no web question he cannot answer. Even if he doesn’t know something he will figure it out and give you an answer!

Ruth, Web Design Student, Hennepin Technical College

If you are sometimes intimated by professors and having to learn, this is not a situation to be intimidated by. Dustin is very open and it makes it a lot easier for us students to engage and learn in a setting like that.

Here is the link to my final project… Thanks Dustin, you are full of wisdom. You are like Morpheus to the Matrix.

Ryan, Web Design Student, Hennepin Technical College

I think it’s a great class to take and you’ll feel like he’s less of a teacher and more of a best friend. You can share your interests and hobbies and feel good knowing that someone is listening, and can absolutely share & express interests in just about every assignment and/or discussion in the class! 🙂

The Impact Beyond the Projects

Not everything turns into a project. Sometimes it’s just about showing up, connecting, and making an impact that lasts.

It has been a couple weeks since you were at FES, but kids are still talking about the experience!  After the assembly students and staff were so excited about the experience!  Teachers told me it was the best assembly we have had and they loved the connection with Kindness and Perseverance.  I even had a student on the way to lunch tell me he was never washing his hands after getting high 5’s from all of you!!  Love their excitement! That night we had a family night at the bowling alley and so many parents were talking about how excited their kids were and that they came home sharing stories! Thanks for what you do to make an impact!  I am sure our paths will cross and hopefully you will be back at FES in the future!

Oh my gosh dude! I just saw a picture of you in BMX Plus! It is a full page too! I don’t know if you’ve seen this yet but heres a picture! I literally was just in bed looking in the magazine and then I saw you! Congrats man!

-Tristan, BMX Student

Hi Dustin this is Bill. I took BMX lessons from U. We saw you on TV last night on ASA. Text me when u can(:

Bill, BMX Student

Well, Dustin, you exceeded my wildest hopes with your final. You scored 279 points (out of 200), which I didn’t think was possible. With performance like that, there was no way to escape getting an A in the class. In fact, when curving the final, I had to exempt your score from the calculations because it was skewing the numbers too far. At the rate you’re going, I expect you to surpass my own PHP knowledge in a few months (if you haven’t already done so). I appreciate your tolerance and patience with version 1.0 of the class, and really enjoyed having you as a student. I’d love to have you in one of my Linux classes down at EP. I think you’d like it a lot. If you ever need a professional or academic reference, I would be happy to fill that role. Have a great summer!
