So we’ve kinda started the tradition of going to to Library in Dinkytown after our sessions at 3rd Lair…
Yes I buy my riding shoes at Target for $19.99. But when there is a sale and I can get good shoes “beloe” that price, you may or may not see a large order come through from Dustin Griess 😉 I love my bright white trainers.
BMX Plus printed a huge multi page story about our team on Mega Tour in NYC this past September. “No longer lost, Dustin Griess makes up for lost time with a manual to whip at yet another landmark street spot.” lol
Rick Thorne is in town today for “Join The Army” Monster drink tour, and after riding apparently I’ll be drinking monster energy drink for the next 365 days..
I really haven’t had time for many videos over the last few years.. Super psyched that Nick had some recent clips over the year & put this edit together. Thanks brotha
QBPBMX on Props Mega Tour 8! Downtown NYC. Seriously the most fun of the whole trip… Weaving through traffic, blowing stop lights & stop signs with other local commuters, right in front of dozens of NYPD. It appeared as if they couldn’t care any less.
I have spent summers and summers traveling to Woodward East PA and Woodward West CA, but have never made it to Lake Owen WI to ride… And it’s only 4 hours from the cities! I spent a week at camp this year and had soooo much fun!! First of all, the lake. It’s a private … Read more
Evan, Darrin, Nick, Todd, Caleb, and I took the Excursion out east. Stopped at a handful of sweet parks and eventually made it to Dew Tour in Cleveland. Lots of interesting stories that we’ll keep off the web for now 😉 Legal?
My website InterBMX.com has donated just over $1,000.00 to the Jimmy Le Van fund! Throughout the month of January we donated $1 for every new account created on InterBMX.com. We also worked with a small number of companies to help match our donation, including UGP! Here are a few words directly from Jimmy, “I got … Read more
It’s crazy how quick trade shows come and go… This year I picked up Erik from Drive up at the airport on Friday afternoon. He wanted to see the 35W bridge collapse so we swung downtown on the way to QBP. This year we had one full row of all BMX vendors, including Eastern, Odyssey, … Read more
At QBP we sell these little GoPro video cameras, so I decided to take our sample to the skatepark and have a good time with it… You can throw a 2GB SD card in it and record about an hour of audio/video. I was actually quite impressed with the quality, although some tricks get to … Read more
So I put on my first InterBMX.com contest… It’s A STORY CONTEST lol supported by UGP! Bryce from California won.. Here is his entry that received the most votes. “The 1st pro I ever met was Davey Watson and it was not too long ago. I just recently got into the sport and have been … Read more
Jeremiah from Chaos on Wheels asked AJ and I to do a stunt show at a Franklin Graham event just outside of Seattle, WA in Tacoma. I was super excited to do this, I have never been out that direction and I love doing show and riding bikes with AJ. We flew out together and … Read more
This summer Mt Dew had an amature contest series called the “Dew Tour Free Flow” that consisted of 14 local contests around the US, one being located in the cities in Hopkins, MN at the 3rd Lair Overpass Skatepark. I know I say this every year, but seriously each year the level of riding at the fair gets crazier and crazier than the year before. The first day of the fair this year, was like our last “grand finally” show of last year. It was nuts… Tony, Darrin, Dachel, Eric, etc. Everyone rode super … Read more
Living at home certainly has it’s benefits… Earlier this year I sold my old Yamaha Maxim 650 motorcycle, and bought a 2002 Suzuki GS500. Its more of a sport type bike and much lighter, which for me I have much more control with it and feel much safer. I just recently started riding a new … Read more
